Ingredients
  • ½ kilo blue marlin cut into cubes
  • 1 piece ginger thumb-size, finely chopped
  • 1 piece onion medium size, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup lemon or kalamansi juice
  • 2 pieces chili sliced (green/red)
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon salt to taste

Instructions
  1. To prepare put the fish cube in a big bowl mix in the vinegar and let the vinegar cook the fish for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Drain the vinegar do not squeeze just lightly press to drain off excess vinegar.
  3. Add all the other ingredients and toss mix.
  4. Season with salt to taste.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in refrigerator before serving.
