Instructions
  1. Heat cooking oil in a wok. Fry pork meat until brown.
  2. In the same pan, saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Season with fish sauce or shrimp paste and mix well.
  3. Pour in coconut milk and bring to a boil. Place in the squash and string beans. Simmer over low heat until vegetables are tender.
  4. Add water if necessary. Salt and pepper to taste. Turn off heat.
  5. Serve with steamed rice!
