Instructions
  1. Boil chicken in a pot until tender. Set aside when tender.
  2. Sauté garlic and onion in a casserole.
  3. Add the chicken, chayote and ginger root.
  4. Add 3 cups of water.
  5. Bring to boil. Add chayote and simmer for 5 to 15 minutes.
  6. Add chilli pepper leaves. It's important not to stir when you put the chilli pepper leaves.
  7. Serve while hot.
